A Little More About Us

We began from an office in Newmarket & units in the Cambridge area for our storage in 1992. We have seen a lot of changes since then but have stuck by our ethos of putting customer satisfaction first

We have always focussed on providing first rate customer service and making it easy for customers to get in touch with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff members to discuss their requirements. Alongside this we have UKAS accreditted ISO 9001 certification for quality management. This helps us to continually monitor our improvement and react to customer feedback to create the best service possible. By self auditing and regular external auditing we can set the bar higher and higher in the standards we provide for you.

Being in business over 30 years now we have built up a base of experience that we feel helps us provide the right level of service for all our clients.

Over this time we have seen many changes such as the huge increase in the requirement for our confidential waste collection service, as businesses have realised the importance of protecting their data at all times & the increased electronic capabilities of tracing the movements of files & records through bar code scanning.

We will continue to look for ways to increase & improve our service offerings to make clients lives easier. Such as providing digital solutions to run alongside our traditional document management solutions.

Today, Doxbond is still one of the few independent, family-run business, and relations with our customers are still our number one priority. In fact, our business has been shaped by our customers’ needs: if our services don’t match your requirements, we’ll do everything we can to adapt them until they do.

Alongside our expertise we have now also established a group of trusted partners who enable us to take on larger and more varied projects across the Document Storage & Management field, including scanning work and within the Secure Confidential Waste, Collection, Shredding & Disposal sector.

This gives us greater scope to take on a wider spectrum of projects, contracts and customers, while retaining the Doxbond ethos of flexibility and reliable Customer Service. We work with a wide range of clients that includes Accountants, Solicitors, Charities, Dentists, Research Companies and Surveyors to name a few and a large percentage of our business comes from personal recommendations.
