Although Cambridge was the original home of Doxbond, our offices were in Newmarket for many years. In fact, our registered office and founding director are still in the area, so you could say that Doxbond and Newmarket go way back.

Since many of our clients are based in the area, we’re often found nearby – dropping off documents or collecting confidential waste from local businesses. Our secure facility is no more than a 30-minute drive from Newmarket, and it’s here that we bring our clients’ documents to be stored.

How does it work?

No matter how many boxes you have – be it one with a dozen papers inside or thousands of boxes containing confidential information, we can offer a bespoke Newmarket document storage solution.

 

First, we will arrange a convenient time to come and collect them from your premises. Yes, this saves you the car ride to Haverhill but it also enables our team to label your box(es) with a barcode, box number and customer code before reaching our warehouse.

 

Then, when we arrive, we will assign your labelled boxes a shelf position and use our O’Neil barcoding system to scan, monitor and track the whereabouts of your archives whilst in our care. This way, if you ever need to retrieve something, we can locate your documents, take out what you need, and return it to you pronto.

 

Although you might be anxious about storing your documents off-site, we can assure you that they are in safe hands and we won’t shred or share anything without your say so. We will be more than happy to store your important documents at our secure storage facility for as long as you need – whether it be a couple of days, weeks or months. And the best bit? We won’t tie you into any lengthy contracts.
